OUR TEAM

Renato Geromel Jr.

Renato is an investor, licensed General Contractor, and founder of Geromel Capital and Geromel Construction.

With experience in investments as well as construction, he has an investment portfolio of 2600+ units and is a General Partner of 800+ units.

As a previous Architectural Engineer for 7 years, Renato has worked on projects that ranged from hospitals to multifamily developments.

His vision is to grow his real estate portfolio with a focus on distressed properties and ground-up developments.

He lives in Orlando, FL and enjoys traveling, skiing, and scuba diving throughout the world with his wife.

Nina Geromel

Nina is an investor, licensed Realtor, and Director of Operations of Geromel Capital and Geromel Construction.

She has an investment portfolio of 2600+ units and has helped her husband, Renato, scale as a General Partner of 800+ units.

Nina previously worked as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and ran her business for three years in Wisconsin before moving to Florida.

She operates behind-the-scenes to help bring financial freedom to the investors, employees, and colleagues of Geromel Capital.

She lives in Orlando, FL and enjoys traveling, cooking healthy meals at home, and exercising with her husband.

Anthony Tonsoline

Anthony is a senior financial analyst specializing in underwriting for a large real estate development company based in Orlando, FL. He has underwritten over $500 million in development projects, using his expertise to guide investment strategies.

Previously, Anthony served as Vice President at Wells Fargo, where he was responsible for forecasting discounted cash flows and valuing billion-dollar portfolios of mortgages and mortgage-backed securities.

Anthony holds a Master of Science in Mathematical Finance from UNC Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Daemen College. In his free time, Anthony enjoys staying active through workouts, playing hockey, and visiting theme parks with his wife.
